Support domestic and foreign pet medical treatment, pet medicine, pet food, and other industries to settle in Shenzhen and establish regional headquarters and functional headquarters. Strengthen financial support for the pet industry, and support banks, insurance, credit reporting, guarantee, and other institutions to provide comprehensive financial services, financing settlement, credit management, and industry insurance services for pet industry enterprises.

3.Build a pet theme park. Support pet enterprises to build a special pet park, attract a batch of enterprises with new quality production characteristics in the fields of pet diagnosis, pet medicine, pet medical equipment, pet food, pet intelligent supplies, etc., and form a regional demonstration and leading effect.

4.Implement the "Three Names" project for pet medical treatment. 7.Support the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements. Encourage enterprises to actively apply for new veterinary drug registration certificates, veterinary drug approval numbers, new feed or new feed additive certificates, and provide high-quality services for pet enterprises to create, apply, and protect intellectual property rights.

8.Strengthen the standardization construction of the pet industry. Support units to formulate local standards and group standards in specific fields, and encourage units to formulate international standards, national standards, and industry standards for the pet industry.

9.Promote the intelligent development of pet products. Support enterprises to focus on the market demand for scientific and refined pet care, and develop smart devices for the whole life cycle management and health monitoring of pets. Give full play to Shenzhen's design and manufacturing advantages to promote the personalized, intelligent and high-end development of pet products.

10.Strengthen the brand construction of the pet industry. Support enterprises to create more advantageous and distinctive brands in the pet field, enhance the brand awareness of pet enterprises, and strive to create "Shenzhen boutique" and "China boutique"

11.Support the development of pet exhibitions. Support enterprises, social organizations, and other institutions to hold large-scale pet industry exhibitions, industry conferences, high-end forum summits, and other activities in Shenzhen, and create internationally renowned pet exhibitions. Support pet exhibition enterprises to grow bigger and stronger, move to domestic and foreign markets, and drive the development of Shenzhen's pet industry. Seek to hold high-end domestic and foreign conferences and forums in Shenzhen in the pet field.
